St. Paul Parsonage in Serbin

Honorable President!
At the present time, in the congregations of the West Yegua, St. Peter and St. Paul, we are dealing with such difficult questions, that they are too
difficult for us, and could only be settled by you. Therefore, both we the undersigned, bring to you the urgent plea that you come to Serbin next
month and to stay in the St. Paul parsonage. At the same time, we want to tell you that there will be a conference of individual pastors of the
Missouri Synod that are located in Texas, on October 21, 22, & 23. This conference will be held at Rev. Braun’s in Houston. We hope it will be
agreeable with you to attend this conference, and then to travel back to Serbin with us.
We ask that you would let us know soon about your decision.

In der Gemeinden West Yegua, St. Peters u St. Paul liegen gegenwärtig so schwere Fragen vor das dieselben unsern dafür erhalte noch nur von Ihnen
selbst erledigt werden können. Deshalb sollen wir, die beiden unterzeichtenen Pastoren, an Sie das dringende Gesuch, künftigen Monat nach Serbin zu
kommen und im Pfaarhaus zu St. Paul Wohnung zu nehmen. Wir zeigen Ihnen zugleich an, das auf den 21, 22, u 23sten October eine Conferenz eintslichen
Pastoren der Missouri Synode welche in Texas stehe bestellt ist. Diese Conferenz soll bei H. P. Braun in Houston abgehallt werden. Es wird Ihnen
gern so angenehm sein, diese Conferenz beizunehmen und dann mit uns nach Serbin zu fahren.
