II. The written request of the German Lutheran St. Peters Congregation in Rabbsville for acceptance into our Synodical membership under their enclosed Constitution.

We recommend, that the Honorable Synod might decide whether the request of the Congregation under this Constitution should be considered.




Resolved: That under the existing Constitution of the St.Peters Congregation in Rabbsville, whether their definite request to be accepted for membership in this Body should be considered, when, till the next Synodical Meeting, the President of the Synod to which Kilian’s Congregation belongs, has not granted the President of our congregation the legality of the exclusion of those members of their congregation, which Kilian has now excommunicated, and who now, with other non excluded members of the congregation, have established the congregation, which has now requested acceptance in our Body.

That the above Resolution should accompany a brotherly writing from the President of our Synod to the President of the Missouri Synod. And that all such steps as would lead to a certainty in this matter should be taken.

That during this whole time, Pastor Lieb may serve as the Pastor, when the Congregation has asked for or requested it.

II. Die Bittschrift der Deutschen luth. St. Petrus Gde. in Rabbsville um Aufnahme in den Synodalverband unter beilingende Constitution.

Wir schlagen vor, das die Ehr. Synode follgt enscheiden möge, ob den Ersuchen der Gde. unter dieser Constitution entsprochen werden kann.



Beschluss: Das unter vorligende Constitution der St. Peters Gemeinde in Rabbsville auf ihr Aussuchen hin definitiv in den Verband dieses Körpers als aufgenomen betrachtet werde soll, wen bis zum nächsten Synodalversammlung der Präsident der Synode, zu welchen jetzt Killians Gde. gehört, den Präsidenten unserer Gde. nicht die Rechmäsigkeit der Anschliesung derjenigen Glieder bestätigt hat, welche jetzt Killian exkommunichirte u die sich nun mit noch andern nicht ausgeschlossenen Glieder jener Gde. zu der Gde. könstituirt haben, die nun Aufnahme in unseren Körper nachgesucht hat.

Das in Begleitung einen brüderlichen Schreiben des Präsident unserer Synode obiger Beschluss den Präsidenten der Miss.-Synode mittheilen u alle diejenigen Schritt thun soll, der zu einer Gewissheit in der Sache führen.

Das in dieser ganzen Zeit Hl. Pastor Lieb jener Gemeinde als Seelsorger bedienen kann, wan die Gde. ihn darum erfracht oder ersucht hat.
