Dr. David Zersen

DAVID ZERSEN, D.Min., Ed.D., is President Emeritus of Concordia University Texas. He and his wife, Julie live in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Zersen has published extensively on the subject of the Wends in the United States in journals like Lutheran ForumLutheran Quarterly and Concordia Historical Institute Quarterly and in Europe in Pomhaj Bóh and Serbska Protyka.Additionally he has edited books on Wendish themes including A Rock Against Alien Waves (2008) by Charles Wukasch, Shores of Hope (2009) by Trudla Malinkowa, and The Poetry and Music of Jan Kilian (2010). Zersen was made an Honorary Wend of the Texas Wendish Historical Society in 2001.
